What We Collect

We collect account details such as your name, email address, and account identifier, plus venue memberships, bookings, attendance history, and profile settings needed to provide the service.

If you enable notifications, we collect your notification preferences and push token so we can deliver booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and other operational alerts.

We also collect app usage and diagnostics data, including product analytics events, device and app metadata, and interaction data used to improve reliability and product performance.

If you purchase a membership, billing records such as Stripe customer, checkout, and subscription identifiers are processed to manage payment status. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

How We Use Data

Data is used to authenticate users, manage venue access, power booking and attendance flows, process subscriptions, send operational notifications, prevent misuse, provide support, and understand how the app is performing.

How Data Is Shared

Data is shared with the venue or organization you join so they can operate classes, bookings, memberships, and member support.

We also use service providers that process data on our behalf, including infrastructure and database hosting, analytics, push-notification delivery, and payment processing providers such as Convex, PostHog, Expo, and Stripe.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect users, venues, and the platform.

Retention and Deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, security, and billing obligations. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize account data and revoke access, while retaining limited records where required for compliance or billing integrity.

Data Rights

You can export your data and delete your account from account settings in the app or on the web. You can also request account and data deletion without reinstalling the app, or ask us to review, correct, or delete personal data where applicable by law.
